Just finished reading the 4th man(in the proper order).. There was no carryover with Eva Britt nor Anna from the Man in the Window. Any explanation or was Elizabeth too all consuming for Frankie??

I just read and enjoyed The Last Fix. And have added it to my database, esequels.com. But why doesn’t Gunnarstranda have a first name? Has Dahl ever mentioned his first name?
